Before joining Butter the restaurant, she served as an executive chef in the Patina restaurant run by Daniel Boulud and at Joachim Splichal's Patina. She was the executive chef of The Darby restaurant until its closure. She was chairperson of the museum of Food and Drink's Culinary Council. Guarnaschelli's debut cookbook was published. "Old-School Comfort Food": The Way I learned to Cook" mixes autobiographical details with the most loved recipes of her professional career that she adapted for the home. Alex Alex Alex
