The most glamorous of careers often hide many a sad story beneath. Lolo jones, the winner of USA and World hurdles, has earned this title after a long period working hard and a lot of perseverance. A single mother in a family of five children, Jones had a difficult and impoverished growing up. Her mother was always shifting and even spent some time living in the basement. This nomadic life led Jones to attend an entirely new school each year up until her first day of the high school. Jones needed to be separated from her mother at Theodore Roosevelt School in order pursue her love of track. Jones was a member of four distinct families, which helped keep her study focused. Jones as a cellist in the school's orchestra as well as recipient of the Gatorade Track and Field Iowa athlete of the year award won her an award called the Gatorade Iowa Athlete award at the end of her high school career. Since her college days, Jones proved to be one of the best hurdlers. In 2002, at the NCAA Track & Field Championship she took home the 100-meter hurdles. In addition, she was a part of the team that placed second in the 100-meter relay. In 2003 and 2004, Jones took home the indoor hurdles event during the NCAA Championship. The track career after she completed her studies at the end of 2005 Jones was able to begin training to pursue the track. That same year she won in the Torino Memorial Event, while in 2026, she won the Ostrava Track event and Heusden.
Brandt immigrated from Cape Town South Africa to Auckland New Zealand at the close of her teen years. Brandt was spotted locally by casting directors. She was then offered the lead role as Naevia as a character in the Starz sensation Spartacus Blood and Sand and Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Together with producers Steven S. D Knight (Sam Raimi) and Steven S. D Knight (Steven S. D Knight) the actress was an instant hit. Mazikeen was a cult DC/Vertigo comics character and was a character on the Netflix show that was a huge success Lucifer for six years. Lesley-Ann Brandt was born on 2nd December the 2nd of December 1981 at Cape Town South Africa. She is a highly skilled New Zealand actor. Lesley Brandt along with the remainder of her family moved from the United States to Auckland New Zealand, in 1999. In Auckland she was employed as a salesperson, and then be promoted to the position of IT manager consultant. Lesley began modeling, before deciding to make an appearance in commercials. The year 2008 was the time she finished her training in acting. After that, in 2009 she continued her studies using the Meisner approach to study. The first time she was seen in New Zealand was as a TV actor in Diplomatic Immunity. Lesley Brandt was a guest acting support on the New Zealand television drama Shortland Street. Then she was in the sci-fi thriller called This Is Not My Life that is based on the fictional city of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt was cast as Naevia the young hostage and depicted later in the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena miniature series in the Television show Spartacus: Blood and Sand.
