Anna Silk
Anna Silk is Canadian actress that is most well-known in Canada by her character of Bo. Silk was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk, an academic as well as Peter Silk who was a well-known actor as well as a producer, director, writer, teacher, as well as Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's early memories are of attending rehearsals for plays as well as watching her mother do the work. Silk was a small girl in commercials. She earned a Bachelors in Arts in the field of theater at St. Thomas University. When she converted to Judaism, they were married again in the Jewish ceremony on the 10th of April 2011, in Fredericton. Silk was blessed with a son that was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13th 2013. Levi Aaron was her second born child on the 13th of May the 13th of May, 2016. Silk's TV work includes the role of Cassidy Holland in Being Erica for which she received the Gemini Awards nomination in 2009. In 2009 Silk was a part of the Bo Dennis in the series Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk became pregnant during production of the season three finale. She announced the news to viewers on Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on the 6th of January, 2013. Silk, who has been working on Lost Girl since the season's third finale episode premiered on January 6 2013 on Twitter, announced her intention to return June 4th, 2013 as Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production on the fourth. Silk's portrayal of Bo along with Lauren (Zoie Palmer) as lovers who are identical on Lost Girl was named one of the most popular TV Couples by CNN (Cable News Network) and named the Top Television Couple of 2013. The same was done by E! Entertainment Television. Silk, as a result its growing popularity on social networks has earned it a large online following.
